    I bought a Groupon for a massage in a city I was visiting. It is 6 hours from my home. I have emails between myself and company with appointments made. When we showed up they didn't have us in computer. They would not refund and said Groupon had to. I have sent at least 6 emails to Groupon explaining situation and they keep responding " sorry you cancelled your appointment we can't refund".
