I bought a Groupon for a massage in a city I was visiting. It is 6 hours from my home. I have emails between myself and company with appointments made. When we showed up they didn't have us in computer. They would not refund and said Groupon had to. I have sent at least 6 emails to Groupon explaining situation and they keep responding " sorry you cancelled your appointment we can't refund". It's so frustrating because I held my end of the bargain- I paid and showed up and did not receive the massage. Both companies received money. The other interesting spin is they refunded my friends but not mine??? I have been a good Groupon customer but will no longer use their site.
